The hotel was beautiful and had all the amenities that I wanted, less than a 3 minute walk to the local metro station with 4 main lines to get you all over Tokyo. The only downside to this hotel was the room size, I know it is typical for Tokyo to have small rooms but this was very small, the under bed storage for the cases was useful but there was no where to put anything else so had to live out of our suitcases but it wasn't too bad as we were out exploring Japan everyday so only really used the room to sleep. I didn't use the on site onsen as i have tattoos but there was a yakuta provided by the hotel in the room to use and many guests used it everyday.

The location was quiet and a nice setting for people that might want to stay away from the crowded areas of Tokyo. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I was able to communicate what I needed as an English speaker. The room was small, as you'd expect with a business hotel, but it had storage underneath the bed that was useful. The TV system they use was helpful, informative, and easy to use to watch youtube and other video services. The hot spring room was a nice plus and well maintained. They had a decent amount of information available to help foreign travelers that may not know all of the ins and outs of onsen/hot spring etiquette.

The hotel is in a great, quiet location between the government district and the Akasaka district for great restaurants. Make sure you visit the shrine next door. It is beautiful, uncrowded, and ended up being one of our favorites. The rooms are smaller than our other hotels on the trip, but had everything you needed. The onsen baths were very nice. The breakfast buffet is outstanding. The staff speak very good English and are very helpful. We liked it so much that we rebooked for the end of our trip in Japan.

It was stated to be a 3 star hotel but it had 5 star facilities and services. The room was cosy and the bed was comfortable as well. It had a decent shower and bathroom. The toilet was a bit small for me and I felt the toilet in lobby area was bigger. The breakfast was fantastic! The location to the station was excellent too. Staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English as well, which I really appreciate, as I'm trying to learn Japanese

The location of the hotel was convenient. It was a tiny room but expected for Japan. Good amenities were provided. Comfortable bed. To save the environment, they provide clean towels daily but service room after every 3 nights which is good as you don't have to pack away everything everyday given the size of room and available space. If you want you can request service.
